THE ASSIGNMENT

To replace a conventional plant from the 1990s with clean room requirements in a tight space.  PKM has been instructed to act as the general contractor – from delivery and checking of the products, via the blister plant to packaging and naturally also product traceability.

THE SOLUTION

Thanks to our extensive line skills and by using the latest technologies, we able to develop a customer-specific, completely individual design in an extremely compact construction and GMP-compliant design. The latest technology was used for this, for example four 6-axle robots, a Delta robot and a cobot on a mobile platform as well as sensors and cameras for track & trace.
